Q. If my back hair thins shall I use this?
A. Yes, you can use Halo

Q. Will the clips hurt?
A. No they won’t hurt, we use very thin silicone clips.

Q. Will these clips damage my original hair?
A. No clips won’t damage your original hair as we use hair friendly silicone clips.

Q. Can I style my extensions?
A. Yes, you can curl, blow dry and straighten your extensions except for the silky and curly textured products.

Q. Can we sleep with the extensions?
A. No, it is safer to remove the extensions before going to bed.

Q. Is this twine visible?
A. The translucent twine merges with your scalp but you need to flip a few hair strands from under the twine for a seamless finish.

Q. Do we need to wear both twine and clips?
A. Yes, twine will balance the weight and clips will provide a firm grip to the extension.

Q. What is the shelf life of each extension? And how do I store it?
A. 3-5 years based on good maintenance. Store it in given box to retain shape

Q. What if I have a sweaty scalp?
A. You can use the product but wash it as often as required to avoid fungal infection.

  • Wash your hair system once in 10-20 uses.
  • Detangle the straight and silky hair with a paddle brush,wavy hair with a wide tooth comb and curly hair with fingers to retain texture.
  • Detangle from the bottom and work your way to the top.
  • Rinse gently with cold water.
  • Apply gentle RYK shampoo to wet hair from top to tip and rinse gently with cold water.
  • Remove excess water by gently patting it dry with a towel.
  • Apply RYK conditioner to wet hair from top to tip. Leave conditioner in for few minutes and rinse gently with cold water.
  • Pat it dry with a towel.
  • Do not wring or squeeze the hair.
  • Air dry the hair system.
  • To retain the product texture please dry the product on a clean surface.
  • For Jet Black and Sun Kissed : Use only RYK conditioner for washing and if required use 1 part RYK shampoo and 2 parts RYK conditioner
